Membership
Our non-profit organisation is welcoming new members to join us in the work to preserve history and make it accessible to the public.
As a living museum that frequently puts on events, Howick Historical Village offers many different ways to get involved. One way to get involved is purchasing a membership. Becoming a member gives you various benefits, including free entry to the Howick Historical Village and access to the Library and Archives.

The Howick and Districts Historical Society is the owner and operator of the Howick Historical Village. The Society (HDHS) is an incorporated Society with a membership of approximately 260 and is managed by a Board who meet monthly.
Much of the energy of active Society members is poured into the Historical Village and care of its Collections. However, ongoing research is undertaken by some members.
